The gym was great. I used it every day. the hotel was very clean and modern! i enjoyed the lovely view of the bay, too. at arrival, i was welcomed with a drink in the rooftop bar with a view of the ocean, a nice touch!
i was like i only got one water bottle per day. i also couldn't find the room service menu until right before i left. there was no label in the room for directing how to call reception for help. they were oddly stingy on towels at the pool and the room.

the rooftop pool and restaurant offered fine views. the staff was very attentive throughout my visit. i found the beach accessible in just moments. a water taxi to the port was very close. i appreciated its convenience.
the air conditioning in my room did not function properly. i was forced to leave the balcony doors open as a result. this let in a lot of noise from other guests at night.

the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during my stay. they seemed to strive to meet all my needs with extra care. i noticed the staff maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

The gym was great. I used it every day and found it very clean. The hotel looks modern. The bay view was lovely, I thought.
The air conditioning didn't work well. I had to leave the balcony doors open, noisy because of partying guests late at night. I asked for an iron but got an old leaky one. There was no board, annoying. The shower was excellent. it flooded the bathroom floor.

the room was perfect. it was a wonderful space for relaxation after exploring. the staff were attentive and kind, greeting me in swedish. i was welcomed with a drink in the rooftop bar with an ocean view.

The staff was super friendly. My suite had great amenities. The rooftop pool had amazing views. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
The shower design caused some water spillage onto the bathroom floor.

the breakfast included a wide selection with any eggs freshly made there were also coffees and tea available the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. the rooftop bar had a lovely view with a warm pool they also served delicious cocktails
the shower flooded the bathroom floor easily that was not ideal. i requested an iron and i received an old leaky one with no ironing board provided i found this unhelpful
